Hi All,
I returned my Apple Watch and it got delivered to o2 on Tuesday morning, then on Wednesday I rang them and they said that they marked it as returned, I received the text that it has been returned and they told me it would take a day to cancel the contract as it has to be processed on the system. Over 2 days later the contract is still not cancelled and I can’t order another Apple Watch cause this one is synced with my phone. Is it just taking longer cause of the current situation? Thank you

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
