Its been almost a month since i sent the phone back, i sent in back the day after i recieved it as it was faulty, and o2 still havent updated my account or even acknowledged that theyve recieved the return, what should i do? - no it wasnt sent via recorded delivery, it was the standard delivery that they provided.

@Richard1 As long as you have written proof of the return they cannot charge you. Just make sure you check your bank statement to ensure that, and call customer service if you see any unknown charge to your account.
