My contract is due to end next month. Can I pay off the remaining balance of £60 and get my PAC code. I’ve taken out a new contract with EE. Thankyou

Yes but you'll need to call customer services on 202 to arrange it.

@Rich11 this is not O2 you are talking to here. This is a customer forum. Call customer service as advised & read the links provided. Pac codes are valid for 30 days from issue
