I spoken yesterday with a member of your team, told them my current situation regarding COVID 19 and made them aware that I’m delayed on money ATM but I’m due my payment from my new job 26th June , I asked if they could keep my services on an they said yes aslong as I promise to pay x2 bills in June, yet I have tried using my phone today and it’s been turned off, can you please lift then restrictions from my account

You need to call O2 again to be reconnected.

The system will automatically turn off any accounts with unpaid bills regardless of any arrangements.

The best number to call on appears to be 0800 587 4005

You need to find a way to contact O2. Another case of someone being promised an extension of service and it not happening. All numbers for O2 are in this guide, including Skype
