First of all you need to report the phone lost. O2 will send a replacement SIM

As to a replacement phone you may be able to claim on insurance. If not and your phone is still under contract you will need to pay it off and take out a new contract.

Alternatively source a phone either new or second hand elsewhere.

Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Dnalkrik

You have insurance ?

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/digital-services/o2-insurance

If not with O2, check home contents insurance etc.

If not, you'll need to buy a new phone https://www.o2.co.uk/shop or Amazon, eBay, CEX etc.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
