Replacement SIM not working in ANY O2 phone

My replacement SIM is not working in any o2 phone and I even went toam an atm and put a tenner on it! Help please anyone

@Anonymous When you got your replacement sim, did you perform a sim swap?

 

was their any bars on the account, if so contact CS in the morning to get them lifted

Please someone must know please help. The o2 customer services guy Said my phone is locked. No it's not, it's an o2 phone! Anyway I gave him the benefit of the doubt and put the SIM in my friends o2 phone and it still didn't work BUT her o2 SIM did work in my phone! Please help me

Hi @Anonymous You should be contacting customer services. It may well be you have been given the wrong sim to suit your phone http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Or if you have an O2 store close to you, pop in and they will check it out and change if necessary

@Anonymous I will reiterate my previous post, if your phone was lost or stolen, did you call cs to block your old sim?

 

if yes then you need to call again to get the bar lifted

I wonder why they thought it was locked?. Where did you buy the phone from?

If it is new from O2 then it could be a faulty sim....and popping instore for a new sim should sort it out for you..

My phone wasn't lost. I lost my SIM abroad and told them this and requested a replacement be sent to me. Phone not barred or 'locked' because other Sims work in it just fine babe

Did you do a sim swap after you got your new sim? you would have received a blank inactive sim when they gave you the replacement
