My replacement SIM is not working in any o2 phone and I even went toam an atm and put a tenner on it! Help please anyone

Maybe if you lost your sim then they may well have blocked your number to stop any unauthorised call charges. Call cs tomorrow & ask them

Most likely an account bar and an inactive sim so both need rectifying by CS.
