How do I remove a data bar after a high bill? Spoke to Michaela at O2 and she said it was removed, but no luck yet.

Thanks

@MattDolton it can take up to 24 hours to complete but make sure you restart your phone too.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

All fixed now. I know O2 want to protect users from large bills, but I travel frequently to India, so incur large data charges (no avoiding that!)and pay every month by DD. So not sure why these can't be taken into account...

They should put a note on your account but these restrictions are likely set automatically by the computer!
