Remove data bar

How do I remove a data bar after a high bill? Spoke to Michaela at O2 and she said it was removed, but no luck yet.Thanks

All fixed now. I know O2 want to protect users from large bills, but I travel frequently to India, so incur large data charges (no avoiding that!)and pay every month by DD. So not sure why these can't be taken into account...
