O2 let me down in a major fashion, paid 40.00 upfront for a reconditioned phone, it never arrived due to o2 not filling out delivery form properly and was returned by courier. Nobody could tell me at any stage what was going on and insisted they needed to send a code to my new phone but hey! How? I didn’t have the phone! Long and short. I have not received a refund and they have taken further funds from my account. Without getting stressed about it all again does anyone know how I can resolve this?
