Repeatedly losing signal

I have always had excellent signal in my home but for the past few weeks it has been poor and I am repeatedly losing signal. Restarting my phone improves the problem but I can’t keep doing that dozens of times a day. I’ve reset network settings and manually selected o2 as provider but nothing helps. Any ideas?
