Refund for unsuccessful contract application

Hi, I applied for an IPad monthly repayments and it was declined. I paid the upfront cost and it said it’ll be returned if the application is unsuccessful. Please let me know when this will be returned

The payment is still pending with your bank

The money will be made available to you in 5-7 working days in line with your banks policy

Your bank has your money as a pending payment. When O2 don't claim it your bank will return it to your account Usually 5 to 7 days but you can call them bank to find out
