I am unable to sign in to myO2 because it's sending me a code to the telephone number that i no longer have access to.
I have terminated my contract with O2 + Virgin that was for 18 months, but I am still being charged. I would like these bills to stop because there's a late payment fee which is now being added.
I have been unsuccessful with trying to get through on the MyO2 app that i still have on my old phone with the new number. I have also not been able to get through on Messenger.
Any ideas?
