Refund for a payment made

I made a payment for an upgrade, but that upgrade was canceled by the agent and another payment was taken for the same amount. The £105 has not been refunded, essentially I have paid twice for 1 upgrade

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
