Refund delayed

Hi
Has anyone else found issues with delays in receiving a refund?
I had confirmation on the phone of a refund 10 days ago and also by email but told it requires a managers approval to send the actual money to my account. After three calls I am told the same thing - that a manager needs to approve and they are to request it immediately. It never happens.
Anyone have the same problem and know how to resolve?

Mine have all taken under 14days to be process, but if done by the Call Centre and over a certain amount it needs to be approved by a Line Manager or the Payments Team, and thus it can take 14days or so to be processed and every time the send the request again to resets the clock...
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
