Recycling phone help

Anonymous
Not applicable

So, I recently purchased an iPhone 6S+ with a 24 month refresh contract, but I decided to leave the contract within the 14 day period, so I believe I'm entitled to the "change-of-mind" policy.

Seeing as I have now cancelled the contract, would It be possible to send this phone back via O2 Recycle thing?

Or will some big burly men come to my home and ask for it back? How does it work?

thank you!

There would have been a returns label with your phone if purchased online, just package it up and return it to the address on the label.
I'd send it recorded delivery though so it is insured and tracked.
If bought in store, take it back to where you got it from.

Hi @Anonymous No sorry I should have included the change of mind policy for you to read......it's here

Take a look...http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/our-change-of-mind-policy

If you cancel within the 14 days you have to return everything to O2 within the given time frame.

You must return the phone to o2.
It is not yours to keep, recycle or sell.
If you do, O2 will chase you for the full amount of the phone cost.
