If I recycle my phone and print of them papers to put on envelope so I hand it to the post office for them to send it off

@Rumi85 Did you print the label off this page? O2 (o2recycle.co.uk)

Make sure you have photos of the condition of the phone before you send it, and put the phone in a padded envelope. 

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

I printed off what I was told to print off however I didn’t know they send a bag etc I am going to give them a call thanks guys
