SMS is the last thing to be provisioned when porting. Keep switching the phone off and on at hourly intervals.

Depending on when you requested the port it should be done within 24 hrs. If it takes longer.. there could be a problem and that's why you need to ring customer services to check what's happening...Better ring and speak to someone as opposed to using live chat..
