Receiving No Caller IDs

For about 5 weeks now, I’ve not been receiving any caller ids on my iphone.

Several chats with O2 support, toggled every setting on phone, 2 factory resets, all updates, two new plastic SIM cards, transfer to eSim and basically been told there is nothing else they can do to fix it.

Seen an account reset has worked for others on here but they don’t seem to know how to do this or willing to try.
Any suggestions apart from cancel my account? Not under contract so free to walk. 15+ years loyalty doesn’t mean much by look of it.

Thanks

@DaveMc

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

As you have done all you can I'll ask one of the advisors here to take a look at what is going on

@O2Emma can you help?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Thanks for reply @MI5

Been through customer services. Advisors just go in a circle of suggestions without properly listening to what’s already been tried. Last one suggested yet another Sim swap and factory reset phone cuz problem only started when uploaded eSim, which I only did after second plastic sim didn’t work last night!
