O2 owe me a refund of 200 pounds and I have been waiting for longer than a week had countless phone calls with their customer service who in all words are terrible, and they’re holding my funds without my permission! Practically stealing off me. I’ve spoken to the highest form of complaints who was a chap named Andrew who informed me “I have no choice in the matter” of how long my refund takes although customer service didn’t make me aware it bounced and they didn’t do their job, I have to wait for this company to refund me!

Why is it if I’m late on a bill you want the money straight away. But when you steal off customers and go against your contractual agreement I have to wait 5-14 working days? No I want my money back now and no ones seems capable enough to do so?

The only way is to keep onto customer services. You could make a complaint but in the current situation you won't get a speedy result I'm sorry to say.

This complaint has been active before the current situation with the covid-19 and the refund was asked for prior to all this going on so it’s no excuse for their poor customer service sorry to say! Especially because I’ve already spoken to the head of complaints, and I have been on the phone now for an hour and a half on hold waiting.

We can't offer any other advice as we are customers like yourself.

You could try Skype https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Off-Topic/A-Guide-To-Skype/m-p/1305104

Very frustrating really but best of luck x

Good luck, money is sorely needed now and the whole process is antiquated. Refunds can be actioned much quicker and once it has gone to complaints then refunds should be immediate.

See I’ve been an spoken to the head of complaints Andrew, who said “you have no choice other than wait” well I’ve been waiting to no avail? Exactly my point it’s a weeks wage not a small refund I’m asking for it’s a large sum that they’re holding without my consent
