hi 

why are you charging me for a phone number i don't recognised the numberis [removed].  my numbers are

[removed] mobile hotspot which i downgrade to £10 since 2019.

why have i been charge £84.25 for airtime plan and another £26.37 device plan payment.. please can you explain.
