The answer, @Ediz, is generally, yes, but with a few gotchas, some info here: Guide: Cancelling Your Contract
- If you are on O2 Refresh, you need to pay off the balance of your Device Plan, then you are free to do as you wish as regards upgrading to a ew phone/contract Guide: How does O2 Refresh work?
- If you are on a bundled contract from a reseller (mobilephonesdirect, buymobiles.net, affordablemobiles, etc) and you have some sort of cashback deal, there will be specific costs for termination of contract early - check the terms of your purchase in your MyO2 Documents as here: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly/Where-can-I-download-my-contract/m-p/1186166/highlight/tru...
Once you have paid off and terminated your old contract, then you're into Upgrade territory: Guide: Upgrading Your O2 Phone
Good luck!
