Question about roaming

Anonymous
Not applicable

i have a query about roaming. i go to Germany twice a year due to parents working within Nato bases. my iphone picks up o2 Germany.

i have a wifi query because on the military base the wifi is rubbish and  some areas there's no wifi except McDonalds of course.

my query is what is better using Mobile (Mifi) broadband to access wifi OR possibly Data Allowance??

thanks so much

I have limited knowledge of MiFi as I am lucky enough to be able to use WiFi wherever I go in Spain...but data roaming would be expensive and I know you can get MiFi broadband on PAYG as well as pay monthly

It is up to you but I would be careful about data roaming

You would need O2 Travel to access cheaper rates. £1.99 a day but speeds can vary....

1.99 a day for o2 travel so works out quite cheap for unlimited data. Just be aware that it's not all that quick. It's OK for general browsing but no good for streaming.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
