Hi

 

Does anyone know if you automatically get the Family Discount added/taken away if you take out a new tarriff?

Changing tariff just gives you more or less allowances but the period of your contract stays the same.

Upgrading either to a sim only or phone/device tariff means you start again for the contract period.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

It stays with a tariff change but you lose it if you upgrade.
