You'd need to do a sim swap which they can do instore unless they change the tariff on their systems as the sim will be the same size anyway & it also depends if they have any stock

And i think the number will just be on the sim as is and you just put that in the new phone.
Very straightforward within 14 days and the only thing that may be an issue, is stock as @Anonymous stated.
