Hi, I have a blackberry curve 9320 and I got a text yesterday from o2-UK saying "Hi, you recently brought something by charging it to your mobile bill. We would like to ask you a few questions about your experience of using this service." I then get a following text from 23333 saying "How satisfied overall, were you with your experience of making your purchase in this way? From 10 (very satisfied) to 1 (very dissatisfied). I have no idea what they are talking about because I have not made any recent purchases. Need some help of what this is all about.Help

Most likely just an error and sent to the wrong number.
Or spam - either way, I would delete it and forget about it.

Call CS for clarification if you are unsure about any charges on your account.
Your "myO2" should also give you a breakdown of any charges.

I have checked my o2 and the last time I spent  money on my mobile was when I topped up on april 7. Could it be for that even though it was over 1 and a half months ago??

I've googled the number 23333 and it appears to be a scam from a marketing company so just ignore it.

Maybe O2 are using that number now then but the Google results could be out of date.

You're welcome

In the end it better being safe than sorry on checking it out.

Perhaps @Toby who is O2 site staff could assist if you private messaged him - http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/60444
