Problems with My O2 App

Is anyone having problems with my o2 app? It worked first of all then said there is an issue-when trying to look at my usage. Everything else works. Plus I’ve tried logging in online on safari and there is no issues with that version.😳Anyone else finding this problem? Thanks ☺️

Try deleting and reinstalling the app.

I’ve tried this already about 3 times. It’s still saying it can’t right now-check in later.
How come I can sign in no problem online? 😳

Well I deleted and switched phone off and on again-downloaded the o2 app. But it’s still doing it - very strange. Considering it was working around 2 wks ago😕
