I received text this morning offering Samsung Airbuds for £1. I have recently purchased Samsung S23 from O2 store, so had heard of offer, this was the first time I have received code. When I click on link in text, I get the Samsung Airbud page, I then go to checkout and paste the offer code in text to the promotions box. On pressing update, I get the following message "
Oops, something's gone
wrong.
VMS (Voucher
Management System) is not available currently. Please try again later."
I did try phoning O2 to get a resolution, but got nowhere. Transferred back to the general queue after 20 minutes - very frustrating and complete waste of my time.
I would appreciate if someone could message me back and explain how to get this offer. I don't know if this is a general error that O2 are working on, but it had been like this all day. Don’t want to waste any more time/effort on this, so if anyone from O2 can respond, or provide an email address I can send all the details to, that would be appreciated.
