Hi
I’ve bought the 2 tickets for £9 promotion and am trying to redeem the voucher.
It keeps saying it’s redeemed, but it isn’t.
anyone else had this problem and/or know how to resolve it? As I’ve now paid for a voucher I can’t use!!

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)

Thanks. I chatted with O2 service agent online on Saturday and was initially told to call ticketmaster 😵💫. But got through to an agent who was super helpful and raised a case. Have just been given another voucher number as there was an issue.
