Hi,
I have just cancelled my free 3-month Amazon Prime benefits with O2 and I would like confirmation that I will not be charged on my next bill for it.
The reason I feel it necessary to ask this is because I have previously cancelled Prime benefits through O2 and was still charged beyond my free period.

This isnt customer services, but if it says so in Myo2 that the extra is cancelled and is done before your next bill (or within 7days of it ) then you shouldnt..
I normally get a text on a few days of renewal to say its cancelled.
But you can ask o2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2 to confirm
