I’ve just been through the process of purchasing a new phone contract with you - the money has been taken but I have no confirmation of my order and my O2 says I have no products with you.

This is not customer service or sales, but you should get an email confirmation usually within 30mins, if you havent then you need to cal the sales team on 0800 081 0255 as it may have gone for checks. 


Also it can take 24 to 48hrs for myo2 to update
