Have you heard anything about your preorder I've been told I'll have to collect from store even though I preordered online

Well i've just been on twitter talking to Uk mail about the website and they have told me its down for maintance lol more like its the pure amount of traffic of people trying to track there phones...

Here is an extremely interesting update:

My status is still the same.  Order process okay, card charged and all email agreements received.

Logging into my account, as a new customer - I still have no information.

However, ten minutes ago my s7 edge was delivered.

No despatch email, no tracking info, absolutely nothing and I still don't have a valid sim in my account.

Quite clearly something is going astray - possibly O2 are just inundated with pre-orders. 

The Free Jabra headphones don't come with the phone.  It is a redeemable offer that we can redeem 14 days after your account goes active.  There is a big warning not to attempt redemption before 14 days are up.

No mention of VR headset.

Pleased you have got it anyway @Anonymous. We knew the jabra headphones are redeemable 14 days after you recieve the S7 This is to ensure they aren't redeemed before the 14 day cooling off period. The info about the VR headset has only come out today...
