Wasn't too sure if they were coming with phone or not, which is why I clarified it.

Interestingly, I still don't have a working sim

You don't get one free with O2 I'm afraid.

If a new sim came with the phone you need to do the sim swap. If it's a new account then call customer service.

Hi all, this is probably the wrong forum but I got advice here successfully when I just got my Edge and I need more help please! I've had my phone since the 8th and now about 5 minutes ago it just slipped out of my hand whilst I was sat down and the back glass has cracked at the top corners. I'm waiting for my case to arrive in the post!!! The phone as you may know is very bloody slippy without a case! I do NOT have the insurance on my contract. Please help if you can, is there anything I can do. I can't believe it's damaged after one drop from a sitting position at a low height!!!

You have my sympathies, but I'm afraid there is no option but repair at cost.

Send it off to Samsung for a quote, please don't use O2's repairers....
