Have you heard anything about your preorder I've been told I'll have to collect from store even though I preordered online

I've received my tracking number and its out for delivery but unfortunately now the websites gone down to track my parcel

That's good news @Anonymous. Thanks for letting us know. Maybe the system was just slow updating. Ordering online from O2 seems to be an ongoing problem.
