Thanks bambino, on closer inspection I think it comes with a 'claim form' that you have to redeem with Samsung, I was watching the live stream last night of the reveal and it was mentioned it would be an offer not only in the u.s and Asia but Europe and uk

@Anonymous If you only 'think' it, you might want to get it clarifed before you put your order in, if it's something that's important to you. Our regular member @viridis is good at chasing these things up, so I'm sure he'll also find an answer.

Same question also being asked here. http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Welcome-News/The-Next-Galaxy-Unveiled-21st-Feb/m-p/950548/highlight/tru...

It is so important we know the answer as I can see a lot of disappointed customers if the headset isn't included..

It is not limited to Samsung only orders and each vendor can choose what levels they can allocate for the offer.
Samsung have allocated 300,000 and said this is a small percentage of the total number that will be given away free.
I guess O2 went with zero.(as they sell it for 79 quid and would lose ££)

Usually these offers are via a redeemable voucher directly with the manufacturer.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I will be doing mine on my lunch break today. I believe that O2 are advertising on the website that you will receive a wireless set of headphones with pre-order. I wonder if you could maybe ask them to swap in a wireless charger instead, as that would be of more interest to me. I am super excited about this phone and finally them bringing back the expandable storage – a huge win over the fruit guys! slight_smile

also seems odd that the CPW site states it has the Exynos SoC rather than the SD...

edit: actually seems as though the US version gets the SD, while the rest of us get the Exynos - scroll down to the processor and memory section on this link - http://www.phonearena.com/news/Samsung-Galaxy-S7-hands-on-stronger-faster-better_id78551

I can confirm that on my confirmation order form that the free wireless headphones will be delivered the same day as the phone itself. They normally cast £149 so can't really look a gift horse in the mouth, but it was just out of curiosity regarding the VR headset
