Hi,

 

I have used up my Simplicity data allowrance this month (pay as you go) . I am on the BoltOns which deduct £1 per day from my account. Do you have a monthly data package that I can buy? e.g. xG data cost £xx per month?

Monthly data Bolt Ons

Basics

  • £3 a month for 100MB of UK data.
  • To get the Basics Bolt On, go to My O2, call 2202 free from your O2 phone, or text BASICS to 21300, for free.

All Rounder

  • £6 a month for 500MB of UK data and 20 picture messages.
  • To get the All Rounder Bolt On, go to My O2, call 2202 free from your O2 phone, or text ROUND to 21300, for free.

The Works

  • £10 a month for 1GB of UK data and 50 picture messages.
  • To get The Works Bolt On, go to My O2, call 2202 free from your O2 phone, or text WORKS to 21300, for free.

It would be cheaper to change your tariff completely to one with more data if this is happening regularly.
