Hows your credit Haribo, if you've not had any defaults you'll get the phone and maybe today. Check my post from last night, you might be doing it wrong, good luck.

Samsung are laughable, I'd rather give £900+ to charity and I have, Dove House Hospice, Hull.

The reference number CS have given me is the same as the one in MyO2 but isn't recognised by DPD or UK Mail.

I've just been in to my local store and the staff were great.

 

They couldn't give me a tracking number but their system is showing it as out for delivery so fingers crossed.

Mines just been delivered, my gf got back 10mins before so looks like the wedding is still on. But im holding my breath until i open the package, I ordered the clear hard flip case for the edge and they sent me the leather flip case for the standard S7. It better be the edge in black or im going to blow up.

Hi again. Enjoying my Edge, transfer of data/apps/images from my Note3 was easy, would recommend using the provided cable rather than NFC in this instance. Have done a factory reset on my beloved Note ready for the ceremonious handover to the techaphobe husband later. Have inserted nano sim and restarted Edge following charging and set up but still no network availability. I receiced a text to my Note this morning, prior to S7 delivery, confiring that new contract live. Any advice please?

If you haven't done so already, you'll need to request that your number is swapped over to your new SIM card.

 

You can do that by completing this form: http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/

 

The SIM serial number is written in gray on the back of the card that your new SIM was attached to.

 

The switch over should happen in less than a minute. So restart your S7 after completing the form and it should find the network.

My advice would be to keep rebooting the phone @Anonymous.

By the way did you get a new sim or didn't you need one. ?
