Not a happy customer.
I pre-ordered on 22nd Feb and have not had an email with tracking information.
MyO2 has the order as complete and a parcel number (which doesn't work with DPD's own tracking service) and a dispatch day of 6th March.
LiveChat tell me the phone hasn't even been collected by DPD yet and will not arrive before 11th March. What was the point in pre-ordering if I'm not going to get my phone until the day of launch (at the earliest).
This isn't the first time I've had problems with orders from O2 directly but it will be the last. Never again.

Dispatched means it's with the courier. At this point you will get a tracking number that will work on the couriers website....

You have to wait 14 days before you can redeem the Jabra Sport Pulse Wireless Headphones and when you type the IMEI number make sure you don't use the slashes. Hey I'm in love with me phone, she's lovely.

I'm speaking to CS now but they have no more information than LiveChat.
I didn't receive a dispatch email but according to both MyO2 and CS it was dispatched on Sunday (6th March).
The reference number CS have given me is the same as the one in MyO2 but isn't recognised by DPD or UK Mail.
