I have been charged for a premium rate text but it was sent to me so why am I being changed.

I haven’t been scammed as I know the company who sent it but I am being charged for it and want to know why 

I have tried contactingO2 but it’s a useless waste of time

As explained, it is a premium rate service that you have subscribed to.

Most often the customer is unaware, but in your case, you should have been mage aware of the charges upfront.
