How do I stop receiving premium texts that charge my account. Why can't o2 stop them. This month I have been charge £15 for four messages? I don't know where they are coming from and can't seam to stop them.

It's possible that you may have inadvertently clicked on a link on Facebook or some other social media site. O2 can't stop them, as they have no control over a link you may have wanted to subscribe to. 

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

It's down to you to stop them not the network.
