Changed from pay as you go to pay monthly was told it would take up to 24 hours for the number to port, it’s now over 30 hours and still not ported over, I’ve now been told it was unsuccessful and to wait up to another 24 hours, wish I hadn’t changed now

When I recently ported over it failed on the expected day but worked fine on the revised day. Good luck!

The OP has done evrything correctly and the system glitched. It happens from time to time.

Customer service have put the port through again, so all they can do is wait for it to go through today or Monday at the latest.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
