Hi - after about 20 years with Vodafone I decided to switch to O2.  Sent them the PAC code on Sunday and was told it would switch within 1 business day (as required by OFCOM).  Called late Tuesday to ask what was happening and was told really sorry it will be by 6pm Wedesday latest.  6pm Wednesday was told it will happen in 15 minutes.  Then wait until Thursday.  Now am being told porting has failed, and they are trying something else.  In the meantime people cannot call or text me and I cannot make most financial transactions as they require 2 factor authentication by text to my number.  Can anyone help - I am getting nowhere calling....
