Porting number

On Wed 24 requested a number to be ported from my Talk Talk account, was told it would be done on Thursday, didn't happen was told it would be done by 6pm today Friday..didn't happen , now been told it will be done Monday 29th..NOT HAPPY..

If it hasn't happened by Monday then you need to give customer services a call https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Just keep rebooting your phone.

Let us know if you have problems as one of our managers may be able to speed things up, though not till Monday.

@solseadog  Take a look at this link: https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number and take a look at the section 'Switching from another network to O2'. Did you follow the correct procedure? Ports don't happen on the weekend, so Monday would be the earliest day now.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
