The porting procedure started 24 hours ago. My old numbers( I have ported 2) are inactive and I am still with temporary numbers from O2.
I am missing lots of important calls like some medical appoitments cancelled and no one can rich me to let me know and I am in the dark in this difficult situation.
It is imposible to get in touch with customer support and I don't know what to do.
Any help please?

Lots of porting issues being reported currently.
I suspect there are system issues so probably need to hang on until sorted.

I hope they deal with the backlog early doors tomorrow but there must be hundreds waiting in the queue to be reconnected.
