This is a customer to customer forum. How long ago did you port your number? Has your Vodafone sim stopped working? Have you turned your phone with the O2 sim in off and on? I know you said you've tried, but you need to speak to customer service. http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Thanks for your reply, just was hoping someone might have been in a similar position and been able to help.  It is a porting issue, Vodafone have confirmed (so they say) that everything has been transferred.  The port was last Thursday.  I have been on helplines and chatlines for hours on end and received no help.  The porting team are working on it and the problem has been escalated.  But I have been told this 3 times now with no update.

O2 need to ask Voda to resend the porting files so it can be done again.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks, so following my latest attempt do you think the O2 porting team will do this or do I need to contact them again?

Yes they did, all went as normal.  I have since contacted Vodafone and they say they can do nothing at their end?

They won't speak to you about it - it is O2 that needs to chase it up with voda on your behalf.
