Hello,
it's been 2 weeks since i am trying to port my old giffgaff number into a paid monthly O2 sim....spent hours by the phone with operators telling me that it is going to be sorted in the very next 24/48 h....they asked me even to regenerate the PAC code ...and nothing happened..
i am really starting to think to leave O2 as for the time being it is useless.
does anyone had this issue and how was it solved?

As a search of the forum would reveal, porting from anywhere to O2, including giffgaff, is pretty slow these days:
Try the O2 Social Media team via X or Messenger, links in here Guide: How to find help & contact O2 to keep on top of this. Note porting doesn't happen at the weekend so it may be Tuesday before your port moves, if it happens at all. Guide: Migration & porting into O2
And your 14-day free cancellation window has closed if you have been on at O2 for two weeks...
