Poor O2 signal

Anonymous

I am the only O2 user in my office who can't ever get a signal. I have a galaxy s3. All other O2 users can get a good signal but not me. Any ideas, anyone please?

Hi

Have you tried the generic solutions in the link provided by MI5 ?

If your on contract and have wifi at home then o2's Tugo is an option.

What does your Service Status say when you input your full postcode ?

Does anyone else have issues with poor signal?

Personally, No. If I did I would either go somewhere else or not be here in the first place.

Is this a new issue or are you new to O2?

Did you check the signal before moving to O2?

There are 4 major networks to choose from and they all have different levels of signal in different areas - It's a case of finding the one that suits your needs best.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
