I'm paying £70 a month part of it is for the phone and rest for tariff. I'm not using my tariff allowance and its a complete waste of money.
Just can't get hold of them on phone at all.

Have you tried using the change tariff option in myo2 on the main o2 website?
If not then you need to speak to customer services and not sales just send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
