Hi there,

I'm currently on a contract with unlimited calls and texts, and 30GB of data. I virtually never use even half of the 30GB. I'd like to downgrade my contract so it alings with my usage. How do I go about this? Thanks.

Checkin My O2 to see what tariffs are available to you

Normally you can flex tariffs once in any 30 day period

Other than that

You need to contact customer service
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

@will345

You can change your tariff via myo2 or by contacting customer services Guide: How to find help & contact O2

If you are out of contract then look at the like of uSwitch or Money Supermarket, but remember to take into consideration the £1.80 per month price increase from April 2025
