How do you get picture text messages without needing to go on line with a code

You need to ensure your handset is setup for Picture Messaging / MMS

Text the word "active" to 2020, save the settings that get returned and reboot phone.

You also need to have mobile data turned on in the phone settings.

Still struggling with picture messages. Each time I text active to 2020 we get a message back saying sorry we are busy.

You can manually check your apn matches these settings:

Name : o2 mobile web

APN : mobile.o2.co.uk 

Proxy, Port  : Please leave blank

Username - o2web 

Password - password

Server - Please leave blank

MMSC - http://mmsc.mms.o2.co.uk:8002

MMS Proxy - 193.113.200.195

MMS Port - 8080

MCC - 234

MNC - 10

Authentication type - PAP

APN type - default,supli

APN Protocol: IPv4
